Aria Foundation’s mission is to strengthen pathways to independence, personal growth, and opportunity for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Based in Colorado and serving communities across Colorado, Nevada, Wyoming, and Montana, Aria works with local governments, counties, provider agencies and advocates who share a commitment to collaborative, systems-level change. We believe bureaucratic gaps should never stand between a person and the support they need. 

Our team works alongside counties and community partners helping individuals navigate Medicaid/Medicare Funding, service funding interruptions, access to health services, transportation access, and benefits enrollment. By coordinating across systems and agencies, we help ensure that gaps in process or policy do not become crises for the individuals and families these systems are meant to serve.
